Roller Derby is empowering, athletic, spectacular and fun. The Van Diemen Rollers have formed two teams: Infectious and The Jam Tarts. The teams recently had a Demonstration Bout at Westbury Sports Hall with Infectious triumphing by 6 points. VDR are now preparing to launch the 2010 season and have also put together a travel team to compete in the Australia/NZ tournament The Great Southern Slam which is to be held in Adelaide this June.
