This page allows you to track and monitor your own progress and participation in physical activity. It also includes participation graphs, a kilojoule calculator and gives you easy access to your groups and events!

Having a healthy weight is important to your overall health and wellbeing, but the Active Launceston project is aware that it is well documented that a lack of physical activity can actually be a larger risk factor (to many chronic conditions) than just being overweight.

This page provides you with two options for measuring your progress. The kilojoule calculator that relies on your height and weight measurements and the physical activity graph that works solely on the time participated in physical activity. So if you are uncomfortable entering your weight that is perfectly acceptable but please just acknowledge that the kilojoule calculator will not work for you without this information. So it’s up to you, you can choose to use one or the other or both!

When entering your personal information and the time you participate in physical activity, remember you are only cheating yourself if the information entered is not accurate.
