How do I register/sign up?

  1. Click the yellow ‘Get active – sign up now!’ button on the home page or anywhere else that it appears throughout the site.
  2. A pop up window will appear with four sections for you to fill out
    a. Sign Up – read the Terms and Conditions for using the site and make sure you have checked the box before clicking the ‘next’ button.
    b. Account Info – enter your username, password and email address. If the username you have entered is already taken you will need to enter a one.
    c. Create Profile – this section requires you to enter some basic information about yourself for your profile.
    d. Weight and Height – to help you achieve your goals you can enter this optional data.
